Getting Started with Opinify

Welcome to Opinify

Opinify makes it easy to collect expert opinions and feedback through structured surveys.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Start by signing up for a free account. You'll get access to:

  • Unlimited survey creation
  • Up to 3 experts on the free plan
  • Basic analytics and reporting

    • Step 2: Create Your First Topic

    Topics help you organize your surveys by theme or project:

  • Navigate to the Topics section
  • Click "New Topic"
  • Give your topic a name and description
  • Add relevant tags for organization

    • Step 3: Add Questions

    Questions are the building blocks of your surveys:

  • Multiple Choice: Great for structured feedback
  • Short Answer: Quick responses
  • Paragraph: Detailed explanations
  • Ranking: Prioritize options

    • Step 4: Invite Experts

    Invite your expert users to participate:

  • Go to the Experts section
  • Click "Invite Expert"
  • Enter their email and assign a username
  • Choose which topics they can access

    • Step 5: Analyze Results

    Watch responses come in real-time on your dashboard:

  • View response rates
  • Export data to Excel or CSV
  • Generate summary reports
